RealPower uses contact details submitted through its enquiry route only to respond to the request, keep an internal conversation record, and protect the service from abuse.

Information we receive

This may include a name, work email, company, workload description, requested capacity, and messages voluntarily supplied in an enquiry. We do not ask visitors to place credentials, private keys, production data, or model inputs in the form.

Choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information connected to an enquiry by using the contact route. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, service security, and applicable recordkeeping.
